Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Columbus, OH | $2,533.00/week

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:3–1:4
 

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of PCU experience required per the job overview.
• Strong Stepdown/PCU experience is essential.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Epic experience required.
• IV starts and telemetry skills required.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Must float to units within the organization with an equivalent or lower level of acuity.
• Every-other-weekend coverage required. Sunday is not considered a weekend at this facility.
• Two RTO requests allowed.
• Rotating holiday coverage required.

Unit Highlights:

• Estimated patient ratios of 1:3–1:4.
• Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams.
• Equipment includes IV ultrasound machines, bladder scanners, and patient lift equipment.
