Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its Medical Step-Down unit. This position is ideal for nurses with strong critical care or step-down experience who are comfortable caring for patients requiring Medical Step-Down level of care.
Requirements
Minimum 3 year of Critical Care or Step-Down experience – REQUIRED
Active Ohio RN License
Current BLS from AHA – REQUIRED
Current ACLS from AHA – REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BSN or professional nursing certification preferred
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients requiring Medical Step-Down level of care
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and standards
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
