Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Details

This position requires a 12-hour shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and some holidays required.

Unit Information

The traveler will work in the following units:

  • D6/5 - IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care Unit
  • B4/3 - IMC Thoracic Unit

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care, including:

  • Monitoring telemetry oncology and cardiac patients
  • Assisting in progressive care for IMC and step-down patients
  • Providing advanced nursing support for patients on ventilators and transplant care

Qualifications

  • Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience is required
  • Experience with ventilator and transplant patients is necessary
  • Wisconsin RN or Compact RN license is required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA are mandatory

Testing Requirement

Travelers will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the assignment.
