  • Please list RTO (max of 10 days for a 26 week+ contract. Max 5 RTO days for anything less than 26 weeks. Holiday RTO Policy : HCP may request 1 holiday off)
  • True Interview Availability (no "anytime" or 8-5)
  • Length of Contract : Posted for 26 weeks, but the facility prefers longer contracts for 26-51 weeks
  • If HCP is only interested in a 13-week contract, please note at time of submission and this will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Longer length contracts will receive priority
  • Shift + GHS : 12 Hour Shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week
  • Weekend Rotation : Every other weekend
  • Holiday Rotation : Yes; 2 federal holidays/yr; 1 spring and 2 winter non-essential holidays
  • Float Requirements : Yes; other post-surgical floor and other med surg inpatient floors
  • Certifications : AHA BLS required at time of submission

  • Please note that your traveler might be moved to a different start date depending on current orientation class size

  • Compliance Due Date (2 Thursdays prior to SD)
  • Education : ADN or BSN
  • Charting System : Epic (test out option available)
  • Unit Overview : 28 bed unit that cares for post-operative bariatric reduction, urologic/nephrology surgeries/procedures, infectious processes such as cellulitis /abscesses or wounds/ulcers that require surgical intervention, osteomyelitis, GI diseases (SBO, diverticulitis), cholecystectomy, appendectomy, amputations
  • Jewelry and Body Adornment Policy: Allowed; visible tattoos are permitted, provided they are not offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for a professional setting
  • Piercings (facial/ear) are acceptable as long as they do not interfere with job duties & maintain a professional appearance
