Job Details

  • Position Description: This role involves evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering direct nursing services in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, executing care plans, and documenting all patient interactions thoroughly.
  • Required Qualifications: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or valid compact RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care or similar setting.
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The RN will coordinate patient care activities, delegate tasks appropriately, and supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel as needed. They will also participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives and interact with patients, families, and staff across multiple departments to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional certification in relevant clinical areas.
