BHS Workforce is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Description:

- Shift: 12-hour rotations on a day/night schedule
- Every other weekend and holiday commitment
- Local talent rate available for those residing less than 50 miles from the facility
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of IMCU experience
- 2+ years of recent MedSurg and Tele experience
- Experience in neuro care, MIs, and trachs is required
- Ability to care for patients with complex medical needs
- Proficiency in auto med dispensing
- Must independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
- Tele test administered on day 1
- Preferred experience in critical care
Unit Highlights:
- Mix of IMCU, neurology, and MedSurg patients
- High volume of neuro, medicine, and cardiology cases
- Experience with chronic vents, trachs, and high acuity heart failure
- 27 beds with an average patient ratio of 1:3 (IMCU) and 1:4 to 1:5 (MedSurg)
Additional Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
