• Floating: First to float to a lower-acuity unit as needed
• Start Date: Late August or mid-September 2026

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit RN experience required
• Active Missouri RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with high-acuity drips strongly preferred
• Arterial line experience preferred
• BiPAP and AirVo experience preferred
• New graduates are not eligible for this role

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely patient care in a Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patients with complex medical needs and changing conditions
• Manage high-acuity therapies and collaborate closely with the healthcare team
• Recognize clinical changes quickly and escalate concerns as needed
• Support smooth patient transitions across levels of care
• Float to a lower-acuity unit when assigned based on staffing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards throughout each shift
