Description
As a Stepdown RN, you will provide critical care for patients transitioning from intensive care. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient recovery. Your role is vital in delivering compassionate care while maintaining high professional standards. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on teamwork and patient advocacy.

  • NIHSS certification
