Progressive Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN / Surgical Progressive Care) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
- Schedule Notes: Cross-assigned to work across both 3 East and 3 West PCU units.
- Overtime Policy: Weekly OT after 40 hours; Daily OT after 24 hours (based on differential).
- Schedule & Time-Off Policy:ALL Requested Time Off (RTO) MUST be submitted at time of initial submission; no RTO will be approved post-submission.
- Floating Protocol: Floating is strictly required; travelers are first to float and may be floated onsite or to sister regional campuses as needed.
- Dress Code: Galaxy Blue or White scrubs.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment (11/06/2026 – 02/06/2027)

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Progressive Care / Stepdown RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Prior travel experience strongly preferred.
Educational / Accreditation Threshold [HARDSTOP]: Nursing degree accreditation MUST be explicitly listed on the candidate profile OR candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of acute care RN clinical experience [HARDSTOP].
Radius Restriction [HARDSTOP]: Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility (Travelers only; no local candidates permitted) [HARDSTOP].
