Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in the Intensive Medical Care Unit (IMCU). This position offers the potential for extensions and requires availability for day shifts, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the IMCU, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing services.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapy, including titration of critical drips.
• Perform lab draws and sample collecting as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of one year of recent critical care and ICU experience.
• Proficiency in intermediate fundaments (FM), IV starts, and critical drip titration.
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment with minimal to no return to office (RTO) requirements.
• Must comply with the uniform policy, specifically wearing royal blue scrubs.
• Candidates within 30 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• Candidates located 31-50 miles from the facility will have a slight adjustment in compensation.

Schedule

Day shifts will consist of three 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
