Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

This position is focused on providing exceptional nursing care within a busy acute Brain Injury unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation process for individuals with brain injuries.

Schedule

  • 36 hours per week
  • Night shifts
  • Every third weekend required

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • BLS certification
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system required

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an acute rehab setting
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on care procedures and rehabilitation techniques
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and thoroughly
