Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Specialty of Step Down Unit.
- Location: Fort Smith, AR.
- Shift: Nights.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- Qualifications: Must have experience with Post Cardiovascular (CV) surgeries, Post Stroke care, titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos, and recognizing patient deterioration.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Responsibilities include caring for post-op, cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory, and stepdown patients, with a focus on compassionate, team-oriented care.
