· Number of Beds – 23 step down, 16 med surg
· Number of Staff –
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT
o Night Shift – 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT
· Patient Ratios – 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg
· Type of equipment – lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs
· EMR - Cerner
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· 2 years nursing experience
· Experience working with trachs
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Previous experience with cerner

· Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changes
·
Best personality Fit:
· Flexibility and high level of clinical competence
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ACLS/BLS
