First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) in Eureka, California (Northern California Coast). Operating within Providence Saint Joseph Hospital, this position features a structured 3x12 overnight schedule (18:00 PM - 06:30 AM / 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Location Details: Assignment is located at Providence Saint Joseph Hospital Eureka, 2700 Dolbeer St, Eureka, CA 95501. ⏱️ Assignment Timeline: 13-week contract running from October 05, 2026, through January 04, 2027. Facility Hard Stops: Candidate must have charted on Epic EMR (verified experience mandatory). Candidate must have worked in PCU/Stepdown/ICU within the last 6 months. Submittal Rules & Compliance: Active California RN license must be verified in hand at upload. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted upfront (Aya offer auto-approves <7 days). Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major winter holidays if scheduled. Facility policy strictly excludes candidates with background or Nursys hits.
