Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights). 16 hours unbillable orientation.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (Target Start Date: September 29, 2026). Client can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week contract.
- Overtime & COVID Policy: Overtime multiplier is 1.25x base rate. COVID vaccination is no longer required.
Key Facility Policies & Floating Mandate
- Mandatory Floating: Travelers will be required to float across the Medical Care Unit, Post-Surgical Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit (PCU) based on facility and patient needs.
- Licensing & Certifications: An Oregon (OR) nursing license and required certifications (AHA BLS, ACLS) do not need to be active at the time of initial submittal, but the candidate must be willing and able to obtain them prior to starting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg hospital experience (within the past 5 years) required.
- Licensure: Eligible for an active Oregon (OR) RN license or compact state license.
- Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required prior to start.
- Submittal Packet: Resume and skills checklist (completed within the last year).
