Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) prior to first shift. Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience in a hospital setting, including ICU experience. Location requirements are not specified.

- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission to establish individualized care plans. Ensures effective communication during handoffs and between care team members to support continuity of care and patient safety. Supervises ancillary staff, manages supplies, and maintains a safe environment in compliance with hospital policy. May assume charge nurse responsibilities after orientation.
