Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Burlington, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

 

Cardiac PCU RN – Days

  • 3x12 days | 7a–7:30p
  • 2+ yrs experience + Cardiac PCU experience REQUIRED
  • BLS + ACLS required | NIH preferred
  • Epic required
  • 1:5 ratio | 1:4 with drips/BiPAP
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Weekend rotation + holidays as needed
  • Float may be required to any Cone Health campus
  • No locals within 50 miles
  • RTO due at submission; no post-submission RTO
  • COVID + flu required (medical/religious exemptions)
  • EKG exam required — 2 attempts
  • Cardiac/telemetry, cardiac drips, BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC/central lines, pre/post-cath experience
