Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will provide essential care to patients with mixed acuity levels. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a patient ratio of approximately 1 nurse to 5 patients, performing IV starts, and utilizing telemetry monitoring skills. You will be expected to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, ensuring flexibility and collaboration within the healthcare team.
