Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The RN will supervise ancillary nursing staff, participate in patient discharge planning, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid active nursing license in the state of practice; BLS certification required prior to first shift; ACLS certification required prior to first shift (if CIRH); minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience; recent ICU experience highly desired.
