- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, and participates in patient rehabilitation programs. Manages discharge planning and provides patient education. Ensures timely documentation and communicates effectively with team members regarding patient status. Supervises and trains ancillary nursing personnel, delegates appropriately, and contributes to a positive work environment. Assumes charge responsibility following orientation and actively pursues professional growth. Prioritizes activities to meet patient needs efficiently.
