Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• Epic experience required
• Progressive care, stepdown, or IMC experience preferred
• Experience with surgical and trauma-related patients preferred
• Ability to float within scope of practice as needed
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Manage common PCU interventions, including IV therapy, central lines, chest tubes, oxygen support, and wound care
• Administer medications and therapies according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Support patient comfort, recovery, and positive clinical outcomes
