Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role supports a 24/7 stepdown Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a focus on adult Medical and Telemetry patients. The RN will provide advanced patient care, including handling ventilators, trachs, and medication drips, with a commitment to positive patient outcomes and effective communication.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), EKG interpretation, 1+ years of critical care experience, ability to care for adult Medical and Telemetry patients, team player with strong communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trachs, ventilators, and medication drips.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required as needed.
  • Additional Information: This position involves supporting a fast-paced, adult telemetry and medical unit, emphasizing teamwork and patient safety. Orientation begins on day shift, with availability required during the entire orientation week for training.
