Recruiter-Ready Summary: Seeking an experienced Neuro Med/Surg RN for Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. 20-bed unit, 1:6 ratio, MEDITECH EMR, and 3x12-hour nights with 36 guaranteed hours/week. Requires active RN license, BLS, ACLS, Med/Surg experience, and proficiency with IV starts, wound care, NG tubes, chest tubes, and surgical drains. Travelers float first; four weekend shifts required per four-week schedule.
