Job Details

  • Position Description: The RN maintains the delivery of quality care, supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees, and promotes safety for patients and staff. The RN performs patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, collaborates on care planning, and documents all interventions and patient responses accurately and timely. Provides patient education, participates in the patient rehabilitation program, and initiates discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift, valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift, and at least 2 years of bedside clinical experience, along with a degree in nursing and licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
