Progressive Care / Intermediate Coronary Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) – Night Shift

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Sunday – Saturday Work Week
    • Staffing Ratios: 1:3 – 1:4 patient ratio on PCU/IMCU beds.
    • Unit Cross-Assignment: May be assigned to lower-acuity telemetry beds within the same unit based on census and operational needs.
  • Assignment Duration: 14-Week Contract.
  • Location Region: Georgia (GA) | Both Local and Travel Candidates Accepted (1-Mile Radius Rule)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline & Facility Size [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of documented PCU / IMCU clinical RN experience in a similar large-scale, high-acuity facility clearly detailed in work history [HARDSTOP].
  • Clinical Skill Set & Drip Titration [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical competence managing cardiac populations (STEMI, NSTEMI, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Chest Pain) and titrating high-alert continuous cardiac IV infusions including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Vasoactive Pressors [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Georgia State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
