The position is scheduled for night shifts, providing critical support to the hospitals emergency and intensive care units.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 10/26/2026 to 01/02/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 2 years of acute care hospital experience; 0 years minimum experience required; respiratory rhythm recognition and management of cardiac drips such as Cardizem and Amiodarone.
  • Preferred Qualifications: National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification, NIHSS experience.
  • Responsibilities: Providing care for adult and geriatric patients, managing cardiac rhythms, administering cardiac drips, and assisting with diagnoses like CHF, COPD, and A-fib RVR.
  • Additional information: Must be comfortable with potential float responsibilities to medical/surgical and emergency department/ intensive care unit overflow, caring for PCU or lower acuity patients. Competencies for ICU may be preferred for candidates with ICU experience.
