- Position Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervising staff and ensuring high standards of patient care. The position duration ranges from 13 to 26 weeks.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 0 years of experience required.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves working on units such as Neuro Telemetry, Cardiac Stepdown, and Post-Operative units, with staffing ratios of 1:4 or 1:6 depending on the unit. The RN will support facility Clinical Nursing Officers (CNOs) to ensure safe and effective patient care, clinical staff competency, and resource management. The onboarding start date is 11/09/2026, with a planned end date of 02/08/2027.
