Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Baltimore City. This position involves providing direct nursing care to critically ill patients within a high acuity twenty-bed intermediate care unit. The role requires monitoring and assessing patients continually using advanced medical equipment, administering medications and treatments, and responding promptly to emergencies. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Nursing License (Nursys License or equivalent), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, Registered Nurse (Compact) license or state-specific RN licensure, and 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a high acuity care setting is desirable.
• Additional Information: The role involves collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The nurse will provide emotional support and education to patients and their families while adhering to infection control protocols. The assignment duration is from 10/05/2026 to 01/03/2027, supporting a dynamic team environment within a supportive hospital setting.
