WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a high acuity Tele Step Down unit. This fast-paced environment requires clinicians who can work independently and provide exceptional post-ICU care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling drips and stable vents, and be comfortable with floating to various units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a high acuity Tele Step Down unit.
• Manage post-ICU care, including drips and stable vents.
• Utilize Cerner charting for accurate patient documentation.
• Float to Tele/Tele MS/MS as required.
• Maintain patient ratios of IMCU: 3-4:1 and Tele M/S: 5-6:1 with PCT assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Cerner charting system.
• Willingness to float to different units as needed.
