The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: The RN maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. Supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. Embraces safety practices and promotes a culture of safety for patients and staff.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (CIRH only); Certification or experience with a minimum of two years of bedside clinical work is highly desired; Located within feasible proximity to the healthcare facility; 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Performs initial nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, participates in patient rehabilitation, and initiates discharge planning from the day of admission. Provides direction and supervision to ancillary staff, contributes to a positive work environment, and engages in ongoing professional development.
