AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota.
General job duties. Types of procedures required. Caring for all surgical specialties, adults and Pediatric, including ICU, MRI, Oncology, and IR patients post-procedures Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Epic charting, AcuDose Medication Dispensing, Phillips monitors
Min 2 years PACU experience, Critical Care or Intermediate Unit experience preferred, ACLS, PALS, BLS (certs must be AHA) Shift or schedule requirements. 12 hour days shifts with start times ranging from 730-900am.
Call is 3-5 weeknights in a six-week period, and then 1-2 weekends of call in 6 weeks Floating to other units/departments. SMCF PACU and Broadway Day unit (pre-post). Will be trained to float to the Day Unit as needed to care for phase two patients. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 16 Bay Phase I PACU Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 1-1 or 2-1
