- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule: Day shift coverage with rotating weekday on-call after 9:30 p.m. and weekend call rotation

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; PACU nursing experience or ICU experience strongly preferred
- Strong neuro background in acute care or perioperative recovery
- Ventilator competency required
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a variety of patient acuity levels, including pediatric patients
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care as a PACU Registered Nurse
- Monitor patients with varying acuity levels, including unstable ICU patients and pediatric recovery cases
- Support ventilator management and advanced patient monitoring in the post-op setting
- Set up PCA pumps and assist with drip titration as clinically appropriate
- Perform arterial line blood draws and other post-operative nursing care tasks
- Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure safe patient flow and efficient recovery
- Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
