Facility: Medical City Sachse
Location: Sachse, Texas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (10-Hour Days)
Unit Information
- Unit: PACU (704)
- Beds: 8
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Day Shift Staff: 4 RNs
- Night Shift Staff: None
- EMR: Meditech
Minimum Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of Phase I PACU experience
- ACLS Certification (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-Op/PAT experience
- Team player with a positive attitude

- Orthopedic Sports
- Joint Replacement
- General Surgery
- Robotic Surgery
Call Requirement
- Required
- One Friday/Saturday/Sunday call rotation per month
- One additional weekday call each month
Floating
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Phase I PACU experience
- Comfortable working in both PACU and Pre-Op
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player
