Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of PACU, recovery room, or critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, fast-paced perioperative environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-op and post-anesthesia recovery nursing care for a varied surgical population
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Care for patients across specialties including neuro, stroke, interventional radiology, TAVR, spine, GI, colorectal, total joints, GYN, and robotics
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient PACU nursing care in alignment with established standards
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiology teams, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
