REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Position: Family Care Clinic RN.
• Minimum 2 years of Family Care Clinic experience required.
• Previous Cerner charting experience required.
• Must be comfortable caring for patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Previous travel experience is not explicitly required.

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

• Family practice and outpatient nursing care.
• Patient assessment, history collection, and telephone triage.
• Medication reconciliation, refills, and patient education.
• Immunizations and medication administration (ID, IM, and SQ).
• Venipuncture, specimen collection, and laboratory testing.
• Vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and pulse oximetry.
• EKG/ECG acquisition and recognition of emergency conditions.
• Wound care, dressing changes, and suture removal.
• Nebulizer treatments and oxygen administration.
• Pap smear assistance, pregnancy-related care, and TB skin testing.
• Coordination of referrals, follow-up calls, and diagnostic results.
• Aseptic technique, infection prevention, and universal precautions.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: Days, Monday–Friday.
• Listed schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts.
• Posted shift window: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

- BLS – Required (American Heart Association only).

LICENSE

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
