Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Outpatient SANE / Forensic for a travel nursing job in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 12 hours, days

  • Start Date: asap - 10/26, 11/9, or 11/16
  • Contract Length: 16 weeks
  • Scheduled details: 3x12hr shifts per week, typically 4am - 4:30pm and 3:30-pm-4am. 4 of the overnight hours (4-8a, 12-4a, or as applicable for shift hours) are from home Weekend Requirement: required for on-call
  • Holiday Requirement: per unit's needs
  • Floating Requirement: will float between hospital and Child Advocacy Center (5 min drive from hospital).
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation.
  • On-Call Requirement: typically every 5th weekend on-call and 1 full week of call outside working hours rotating between staff RN will work with adults and peds
  • Candidates will be pre-screened by clinical team.
  • Please include availability for a 30 minute Teams call in profile.
  • Experience Requirement:   2+ years of RN experience including 1+ recent year of experience as forensics RN having held SANE certification

License/ Certification Requirement: -Alaska RN license -BLS, SANE and SANE-P through EFN, ACLS. If candidate doesn't have active AK certification at time of submittal, will need to apply within 24hrs of acceptance Client Specific Notes:
