• Weekend/Call/Holiday Requirements: No weekends, no call, no holidays
• Orientation: 40 hours
• Charting System: Epic
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,550 - $2,680

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty area
• Operating room circulation experience required
• Inpatient or ambulatory OR experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Experience using Epic preferred or required
• Ability to complete required pre-start telemetry testing with passing scores
• Willingness to float as needed

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of a multispecialty surgical team
• Assume overall responsibility for management of the operating room assignment
• Circulate and scrub for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
• Support safe, efficient workflow throughout the perioperative and ambulatory surgery experience
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Follow established safety, infection control, and universal protocol practices
• Provide high-quality care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Adapt to changing unit needs and assist with floating when required
