Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Previous outpatient nursing, urgent care, ambulatory care, or emergency care experience strongly preferred
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Strong nursing assessment, triage, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work a 10-hour evening shift in a fast-paced clinical environment

Outpatient RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient and urgent care setting
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and support timely clinical interventions
• Assist with treatment planning and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Support patients presenting with a variety of acute and non-emergent needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established care protocols
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy ambulatory care environment
