Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a high-volume outpatient or urgent care environment
• Ability to adapt quickly during a unit transition and work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in an outpatient and urgent care setting
• Support patients through assessment, triage, and coordinated care
• Assist with the transition of the ACC Decision unit into an urgent care workflow
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care during evening shifts
• Collaborate with providers and clinical team members to maintain smooth patient flow
• Respond appropriately to changing patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment
