Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Experience in a high-volume outpatient, urgent care, or emergency department setting
• Strong patient assessment, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to outpatient and urgent care transition patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor symptoms to support clinical decision-making
• Assist with triage, treatment coordination, and follow-up care planning
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing standards
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of safety and quality
• Respond appropriately to changing patient needs in a dynamic outpatient care setting
