Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• ONC certification required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
• Experience supporting oncology patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to outpatient gynecologic oncology patients
• Support patient assessments, treatment coordination, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service
• Administer care in accordance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and best practices
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a specialized outpatient oncology setting
