**Job Description:**

- Assist clinic healthcare providers in patient examinations, phone calls, treatments, and procedures.
- Work within your professional scope to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member to create a positive clinic environment.
**Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Graduate of an accredited RN program or LPN/CMA (Certified Medical Assistant).
- Current license in the state of Iowa.
- Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.
- Superior nursing process skills and a strong patient service drive.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and helpful personality that shines through in patient interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Ability to think, converse, and type simultaneously; excellent telephone communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Basic PC skills and comfort with Windows Operating Systems.
