**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Asheville, NC
- **Unit:** J6 Orthopedics at a prestigious 815-bed hospital
- **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 32 individual rooms
- **Staffing:** 50 dedicated professionals
- **Nurse Ratios:** Day shift 5:1 (6:1 stretch), Night shift 6:1 (7:1 stretch)
**Typical Procedures:**
- Dressing changes
- Suture/staple removal
- Foley catheter management
- NG tube placement
- Wound vac maintenance and removal
**Required Certifications:**
- NC License
- BLS
**Preferred Skills:**
- Hospital experience
- Orthopedic experience
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Caring and compassionate nature
**Dress Code:**
- RNs: Navy scrubs
- PCTs: Galaxy Blue scrubs
- LPNs: Sage Green scrubs
**Schedule:**
- Every other weekend
**Experience Needed:**
- 2 years minimum
