# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Orthopedic Unit – Colorado

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36-bed Orthopedic/Neuro unit | RN to patient ratio 5:1

  • Supportive night shift team structure with charge RN, volume-based staffing, 1-2 techs, and dedicated unit secretary

Requirements:
  • Active Colorado RN license or compact state license
  • Minimum 1 year of current Orthopedic RN or Medical/Surgical experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Ortho/Spine experience strongly preferred
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
  • Energetic, empathetic personality with a good sense of humor
