Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics – Colorado
Start Date: July 22, 2026
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
Highlights:
- 30-bed orthopedic unit within an acute care hospital setting
- Patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6 with support from PCTs and charge nurse
- Diverse patient population including elective orthopedic surgeries and orthopedic trauma cases
- EMR system: Meditech
- Specialty equipment includes CPM machines for post-surgical care, nerve block pumps, and On-Q pain management systems
- Travel nursing assignment with dedicated team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Orthopedic RN in an acute care hospital setting (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Med/Surg experience (preferred)
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Meditech EMR experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in IV starts, Foley/straight catheterization, CPM application, and early mobilization protocols
