# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Spine Unit – Colorado
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Highlights:- 18-bed orthopedic and spine specialty unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1 (Spine) and 5:1 (Ortho)
- Work with advanced equipment including telemetry, epidurals, PCAs, and specialized mobility devices
- Collaborative team environment with experienced charge nurses and patient care technicians on every shift
- Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care coordination
- Exposure to complex orthopedic procedures including central line care, blood transfusions, and post-surgical care
- Travel RN position offering competitive compensation and housing support
Requirements:- Current Colorado RN license or compact state license
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience in Orthopedic nursing
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Orthopedic/Spine or Medical-Surgical experience strongly preferred
