Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Medical Unit – Colorado

Location: Denver, Colorado

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratios: 4:1 for Spine patients, 5:1 for Orthopedic patients. Working on an 18-bed unit with a collaborative team including charge nurses, RNs, and patient care technicians.
Highlights:

- Experience with diverse case mix including central line care, blood transfusions, catheterization, epidurals, and PCAs

Requirements:
- Current Colorado RN license or compact state license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital experience in Orthopedic nursing required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
- Spine unit and/or Medical-Surgical experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and specialized orthopedic equipment
