- Patient Ratios: 1:5 (varies by unit)
- Equipment: Various types
- EMR System: Meditech
- **Typical Hiring Profile:**
- **Required Skills:**
- Minimum 1-year current experience in Med/Surg/Ortho hospital settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Chemotherapy Certification (opportunity to work on our Oncology unit)
- **Procedures Performed:**
- Joint replacements
- Fracture repairs
- Spinal injuries
