- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 36
- Number of Staff: 27
- Patient Ratios: RN 5:1, 8-12 patients per tech.
- Type of Staff:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs, 1 Secretary
- Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 Techs
- **Essential Skills and Experience Required:**
- Solid Med/Surg experience
- Patient Experience
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Ortho/Spine Experience
- ACLS certification
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Total Joint surgeries (Knee, Hip, Shoulder)
- Spine Surgery

- Weekend Requirements: Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period.
