Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics – Colorado

Start Date: July 22, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; patient ratio 1:5 or 1:6; 30-bed orthopedic unit with dedicated charge nurse, 4-6 bedside RNs, and 2-4 PCTs per shift

Highlights:
  • Specialized orthopedic unit serving both elective orthopedic surgery and ortho trauma patients
  • Work with specialized equipment including CPM devices, nerve block pumps, and On-Q pain management systems
  • EMR: Meditech experience preferred
  • Hands-on patient care including IV starts, catheterization, CPM application, and early mobilization protocols
  • Collaborative team environment focused on quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences
  • Travel nursing opportunity with comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience as an Orthopedics RN (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Med/Surg experience (preferred)
  • ACLS certification (preferred)
  • Meditech EMR experience (preferred)
